I absolutely love the Doodle Pantry birdies so my selection for the New Release card was simple. Of course I HAD to use a Stars & Stamps Sketch and the current one, at the time, was #118 (shown below.)
This card was made with the BBQ Birdie set which includes the colored image that I used as well as an outlined image for the coloring enthusiasts out there. This is one of three background papers that are included with the set. The sentiment is from another Doodle Pantry set, Man Stuff, that is actually one of the TWO Free With Purchase this month sets that I mentioned earlier. The card stock is all Stampin' Up! Brilliant Blue and Daffodil Delight. The scallops on the side are actually 1" circles lined up with a small hole punched in the center of each for interest. This card has been included in my Operation Write Home box and will be shipped overseas for our troops to write home on, maybe even for Father's Day.
