S & S Midweek Throwdown Challenge - Scallops

This week's challenge over at the S & S Midweek Throwdown Challenge is to create a card using scallops.  I love scallops so this was an easy challenge for me.  The real challenge was which scallop punch to use!  Funny thing is with as many scallops that I already have I still want more!  For example, I don't have any square or rectangle scallops.    Here is what came up with:

This card was CASed from a gallery at Splitcoast Stampers made by LaLatty.  Thank you for the inspiration and the introduction to a grate color combination!  The stamped images were done in Lavender Lace, Apricot Appeal, and Cameo Coral.  I was thrilled to find a sample using this particular SU Stamp set and plan to make several more to send in my March OWH box going out this week.

Happy Stamping and God Bless,

  1. I love how you repeated the stamp in the 3 colors and the scallop edger you picked is perfect. You did a great job with the OWH MWT.

  2. What a beautiful card, I love Patty's cards too they're very inspirational! You did a beautiful job her, I love your card! Thanks for playing in our challenge at Operation Write Home!
