My One Sheet Wonder - 13 Cards!

The "One Sheet Wonder" technique is a fantastic tool for card makers like me.  I very seldom ever (almost never) make just one card a certain design.  I am a duplicator, mostly because the creative process is the hard part for me but seeing the results of my labors is the satisfying part.

The template I used was created by Seongsook and was featured as this past week's Tuesday Tutorial on the OWH Stars & Stamps Blog.  If you would like a download of the template you  can find it here at Seongsook's Creations.

Here are a few of my favorites close up:

Gotta run, work awaits.  Thanks for stopping by, please let me know which is your personal favorite!

  1. It is very nice to see those cards with the partial embossed panel. All of your cards turned out wonderful. Thank you for taking the challenge. Thanks for your encouragement.

  2. This whole group came out very nice Lisa. I particurlarly like that your sentiment circle is big enough, and bold enough to be a strong focal point. It makes a big (no pun intended :) difference in the final result. A too small circle gets overwhelmed by too much background... Yours are perfectly balanced!

    1. Thank you Paula! I was afraid they may be overwhelming in the beginning but now I like them too.

  3. Thanks Michele. Here is a tip for the diagram for you - make the first two cuts as directed then take your first strip and cut it in order of the card number. BUT when you get to the diagonal cuts - be sure your paper is all facing up on the same side and make on cut diagonal left left to right and the other cut right to left (or opposite to the first cut, not identical.) This will give you the ability to use 2 diagonal cut pieces with different patterns showing on the same card front. REMEMBER...it's just paper. :)
